Creating a webspace account

  • Log in to Self-care and go to the Account Dashboard.
  • Under MyServices User Accounts, click Add email / webspace using the drop-down menu at right.
  • On the next page, enter the Username you would like to use, and then select the device address from the Subscription drop-down menu (most customers will only have one).
  • The potential email address and webspace URL that will be created will appear below.  In order to activate one or both, you must check the appropriate box(es).
  • After checking the box(es), another section will appear below that where you must fill in your desired password, and confirm the password. 
  • Click Save.
