Not able to connect

If you are not able to connect to the Internet try the following:

  1. Reset your cable modem.
    • Unplug the power cord from the modem.
    • Wait 30 seconds.
    • Plug the modem back in and wait for the lights to go steady.
  2. Power-cycle the router. If you are not using a router (skip to step 3.)
    • Unplug the power cord from the router.
    • Wait 20 seconds.
    • Plug the router in.
  3. Reboot your PC.
