• If you are over the storage limit any new mail sent to the account will be returned to the sender as undeliverable with this message:
  
   "The recipient's e-mail account has exceeded its storage limit. (#5.2.2)"
  
  
• If you access your email via webmail, http://webmail.myactv.net, please delete unnecessary messages and folders to free up space.
• You may also retrieve messages onto your computer with an email program such as Outlook or Netscape.
• If you don't use webmail, please ensure that your email program is not configured to leave copies on the server.
