We are currently experiencing technical difficulties,
but have a temporary resolution in place that will allow most of our
customers to get online. However, we will have to perform emergency
maintenance in the next 12 hours and unfortunately during this time some
customers will not be able to get online.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your
patience. We are working as quickly as possible to resolve the
issue. |

Some customers
with older cable modems experienced connection issues with secure websites
(https) and when attempting to send e-mail after a system upgrade. If
you are still having trouble, please unplug your cable modem, then plug it back
in. If you applied the workaround and would like to change your MTU
settings back (optional) please follow the directions here. |

slow upload and download speeds. We are working to resolve this
